Cross Country Skiiing

We went Cross Country skiiing over the Thanksgiving "break" and had a blast! Cross country skiing is an awesome workout! My abs, triceps and legs were in some serious pain later that night. I wish I lived somewhere cold so I could cross country ski more often! Most places close enough to here are over an hour and a half away.

Bikram Yoga, or HOT YOGA

I took Bikram yoga last week in D.C. It was really cool (or hot, rather). The workout was awesome and I felt an improvement in my balance. I think it's good yoga for people who don't really like yoga (like me). You sweat so much (the room is heated to 105 degrees). I'd keep taking it if I had more dolla'dolla. If you live in the DC area, their intro week is a GREAT deal $20 for 7 days, unlimited classes.
